While many days started off with fog, we had sunny beach weather 12 out of our 14 days. As usual, the house was great and it is fun to discover “what is new” when we arrive, each August. We look forward to returning for two weeks next year starting on our traditional date!

It’s always so difficult to leave this beautiful Island. As usual, we ate too much, drank too much, stayed up too late and talked too loudly. Madaquecham is so tranquil with bunnies and beautiful birds including a huge owl only seen after midnight on Russell’s Way. And don’t forget the amazing Starry Starry Nights and full moon over the ocean! Another great vacation with family and friends. Thanks for the memories!!

We couldn’t have spent our anniversary in a more beautiful setting. This was my husband’s first trip to Nantucket and I’m sure we will be returning!! We had such a wonderfully relaxing time. Thank you, Many Castles!!

Many Castles has been a wonderful escape from the madness of normal life. The weather has been great and we have had many trips down the path to our “own private beach”, plus visits to all the other beaches around the Island. Walks through the moor in the early morning are heavenly. We give the Policastro’s rave reviews on how well equipped and organized Many Castles is. We have really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Many thanks for having us!
